New Starting Wage of $18.16-$19.66 Per Hour DOEPosition OverviewAs a DSP you will provide support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in ways that enhance the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of those we support.Job duties included and not limited to:Providing person centered companionshipPreparing meals and cleaningPerform all necessary personal care, hygiene, physical support, and daily living needs.Plan and participate activities in the communityEnsure daily tasks to provide a safe and heathy homePossibly nursing delegations (not in all homes)Must be 18 years oldMust be able to pass federal background checkMust be able to safely lift up to 45 poundsValid Oregon’s Driver’s LicenseIf you do not have a valid Driver’s License we have NOC shifts available. #J-18808-Ljbffr Oregon-Supported-Living-Program
