Claims Specialist

What You’ll Do: Partner with clients and external organizations to streamline collections and resolve customer issues. Make strategic decisions on claims, ensuring positive outcomes for all parties. Deliver exceptional customer service—addressing inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Clearly explain claims processes and coverage options. Gather and manage documentation, always maintaining confidentiality and compliance. What Sets You Apart: 1+ year of recent experience in insurance claims, collections, administrative, or customer service roles. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Available to work onsite, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm. Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus.
