Job Description
Be the friendly face that welcomes patients the moment they walk through the door. As a Medical Patient Service Representative in Auburn, you'll create a warm, organized, and supportive experience that helps every patient feel cared for from check-in to check-out

Hourly Pay: $23.20-$25.00

Benefit Highlights:

Your Responsibilities:

• Field inbound calls from patients with professionalism and compassion
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers
• Provide accurate information on services, procedures, and general health inquiries
• Escalate urgent matters to appropriate medical staff promptly and efficient

Experience and Skills
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year experience in a medical front office setting.
• Proficiency using a computer, preferably health record systems.
• Strong customer service approach to problem solving situations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
