We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARYWe are looking for positive individuals to assist with our concessions areas and as a server during catered banquet events to provide quality service as well as consistent products.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer serviceOperate an electronic cash register and credit card machineOperate the POS software efficiently & effectively Perform basic mathematical computationsBalance drawer and manage daily incomeCommunicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly mannerClean dining and concession areas; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containersAssist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas and place them in designated areas when neededWill be asked to cook/prepare food itemsTake and record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature controls in the transportation of foodServe, bus and provide food service during catered banquet events.Alert management immediately for the following incidences: suspicious acting persons, intoxicated individuals, adults with no children, etc. Alert management immediately regarding mistake or adjustments to the cash drawerAdditional tasks as assigned by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 16 years of ageMust be able to work weekendsMust have or be willing to obtain Safe Serve CertificationFood Handler's Card preferredPrior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer is preferredAbility to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patronsOne year of customer service experience with general public preferredWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDSOccasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Occasionally lift, pull, push, and/or move heavy items Exposure to cleaning chemicals that must be handled with extreme cautionWork is outside and can be exposed to hot, wet, and humid conditions and temperatures exceeding 100+Minimal duties are performed in direct sunlight
