Collection Data Manager

Collection Data Manager – Annapolis Junction The Collection Data Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of data collection activities to meet mission requirements. The role involves managing and tracking collection requirements, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the flow of information across operational teams. The position will work closely with analysts and mission partners to support prioritization, tasking, and reporting efforts, ensuring timely and effective data collection in support of mission objectives. Responsibilities Support data management, collection processes, or mission operations. Track, organize, and manage large sets of data and requirements. Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Collaborate across teams and communicate effectively. Familiarity with intelligence or mission-driven environments is a plus. Requirements Level 1: A Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, OR an Associate’s degree with 4 years, OR a High School diploma/GED with 6 years. Degree in any field is acceptable. Level 2: A Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree with 3 years, OR an Associate’s degree with 7 years, OR a High School diploma/GED with 9 years. Degree in any field is acceptable. Level 3: A Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree with 6 years, OR an Associate’s degree with 10 years, OR a High School diploma/GED with 12 years. Degree in any field is acceptable. Level 4: A Bachelor’s degree with 11 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree with 9 years, OR an Associate’s degree with 13 years, OR a High School diploma/GED with 15 years. Degree in any field is acceptable. US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
