Creates purchase orders for the acquisition of materials. Researches, interviews, and negotiates with suppliers to obtain prices and specifications. Provides routine administrative support. Resolves invoice errors. Interfaces with internal clients as appropriate. Scans contracts into the Ariba contract workbench. Qualifications Ability to work under pressure. Shows attention to detail. Excellent Data Entry skills. Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
