About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President or Principal to join its Global Capital Solutions team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the structuring, execution, and management of a wide array of strategic financing solutions. This role demands a professional with a robust understanding of structured credit and financing markets, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple complex transactions. Responsibilities include supporting the origination, structuring, and ongoing management of various financing transactions, developing and maintaining financial models, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and leading due diligence efforts. The role also requires the individual to be dynamic and adaptable, capable of transitioning between different transaction structures and financing objectives. Applicants for this position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for an MBA, Master's degree, CFA, or other advanced professional designation. A background in structured finance, asset-backed finance, securitization, fund finance, private credit, investment banking, capital markets, or a related field is essential. The ideal candidate will possess advanced financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills, and have a proven track record of interacting confidently with senior executives, investors, and other external stakeholders.
