If output cost standards not achieved, provide root causes of mill process inefficiency to plant manager for corrective action.This position is responsible for maintaining production goals through productivity targets and cost containment by eliminating waste.Receives instructions and assignments from plant supervision as required.Performs and records all QA check measurements required by the Quality Manual on product being produced.Records production and keeps work area clean.Performs other related work as directed by plant supervision.The incumbent is expected to understand that all employees have a shared responsibility for the quality of products and related services provided to our customers.
