Entry Level Engineer

An entry level Engineer is being sought to complement the ES engineering support team. The work environment is friendly, collaborative and highly effective. The selected Early Career professional will learn the skills required to become a well-rounded professional by working on a seasoned team. Key responsibilities will encompass:

• Industrial Engineering
• Project management
• MS Office-Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• MS Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Vision Inspection-an automation skill

The selected individual will be based in Hudson, NH and will support NH factories. This Engineer will focus on capacity/flow evaluation, capital equipment procurement, layout optimization and factory utilization.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelors of science degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering
• Co-op or internship experience
• Basic understanding of programming concepts and languages(C++, C#, etc)
• Experienced in project-based work with strong interaction and communication skills
• Flexibility to take on a breadth of work assignments

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Six sigma or Lean green belt training
• Desire to pursue a Masters degree

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $64926 - $110374 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
