We are seeking a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Warehouse Assistant Manager to support daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse employees. You will be working directly for a well-established and successfully operated Wholesale and E-commerce company in the Footwear and Apparel industry. They are an excellent company to work for with low turnover and happy employees! The ideal candidate is a confident leader with a positive attitude, strong computer skills, and the ability to hold employees accountable.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to warehouse employees and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
• Supervise, motivate, and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and coordinate merchandise transfers from the warehouse to retail locations.
• Assist with invoicing and correctly apply payments or funds to the appropriate orders.
• Maintain accurate records using SAP Business One, Microsoft Excel, and other computer systems.
• Support efficient daily warehouse operations and help resolve employee or workflow issues.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to assign tasks, manage employees, and maintain accountability.
• Comfortable using Windows, Microsoft Excel, File Explorer, and other computer applications.
• Experience with SAP Business One is strongly preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and able to take ownership of daily responsibilities.
• Spanish-language skills are a strong plus
