Radiology - CT Tech

CT Tech - 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM - Aventura, FL

This position offers a schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Job Description

The CT Tech will be responsible for performing CT scans, MRI, body scans, and X-rays. You will work with a dedicated team of radiologists and techs to provide high-quality imaging services. The unit is equipped with the latest GE imaging technology, and team members are expected to maintain a positive, efficient workflow with a focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Execute CT scans and other imaging procedures for diagnostic purposes.
• Collaborate with radiologists and technical staff to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Ensure proper cleansing and maintenance of imaging equipment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the electronic medical record system.
• Confirm proper patient identification and consent prior to procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in CT required.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred experience with GE equipment and Meditech EMR.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of patients and staff are essential.
