Systems Engineer

Job Title Systems Engineer Location St. Paul, MN Duration 12+ Months Contract Pay Range $55/hr - $60/hr What's the Job? Contribute to the technical and business strategy for major system-level programs, understanding the software development lifecycle. Design, develop, and troubleshoot innovative products specific to cardiac mapping and ablation using multidisciplinary engineering knowledge. Provide leadership in system engineering and take ownership of project success from concept to launch. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Clinical Engineering, and Key Opinion Leaders to develop design input requirements based on user and business needs. Communicate project status, technical presentations, and program reviews to senior management and stakeholders. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of experience in complex electrical hardware, software, and signal‑processing systems. Proven ability to solve complex engineering problems and mentor other engineers. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging at multiple organizational levels. Experience working in fast‑paced, dynamic environments, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
