We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Technician III to provide general office and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable managing multiple tasks, and possess solid Microsoft Excel skills for data entry, sorting, filtering, and basic formula creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to departments and team members.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to emails professionally.
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other business documents.
• Enter, update, and maintain data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Use Excel to organize information, sort and filter data, create formulas, and assist with reporting needs.
• Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering and inventory.
• Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• Typing Test, Beginner/Lower-Intermediate Excel Assessment.
• Associate's degree.
• 2+ years of administrative, office support, or clerical experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to create and work with Excel formulas (SUM, IF, COUNT, etc.).
• Experience sorting, filtering, and organizing data within Excel spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of administrative experience.
• Experience supporting multiple departments or managers.
• Exposure to data tracking, reporting, or document management systems.
• Experience with records management or database maintenance.
• Advanced Excel experience.
