Travel RN - Mother/Baby

Location: Lone Tree, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7A - 7P Shift

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Travel RN with expertise in Mother/Baby care. The ideal candidate will assist in providing superior patient care on our Mother and Baby unit, focusing on the health and wellbeing of both mothers and newborns.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to mothers and newborns.
• Conduct typical procedures such as circumcisions.
• Educate parents on newborn safety, nurturing, and health.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1-year current acute care experience in the Mother/Baby specialty.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with lactation support.
• Knowledge of transition processes for newborns.
