Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive a Simple IRA, hourly pay plus commission/bonus, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), and valuable experience.

Requirements include excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening, people-oriented, organizational skills, self-motivated, ability to work in a team environment, ability to multi-task, bilingual - Spanish preferred, and Personal Lines Licenses (must be able to obtain).

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Huntington. We have 30+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
