Job Summary:
The Senior Clinic Administrator will provide strategic and operational leadership for ambulatory and clinic services. This role will focus on improving access, quality, patient experience, provider engagement, financial performance, and overall clinic operations while working closely with senior medical leadership.

Responsibilities:

\tLead strategic planning and operational performance for ambulatory and clinic services.
\tImprove clinic access, productivity, efficiency, and financial performance.
\tBuild strong working relationships with physicians and advanced practice providers.
\tUse data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
\tDevelop clinic leaders and strengthen accountability across teams.
\tLead organizational changes while supporting the organization's mission and culture.
\tCollaborate with senior leadership to improve quality and patient experience.
\tSupport the long-term sustainability and growth of rural healthcare services.

Requirements:

\tMinimum 5 years of relevant healthcare leadership experience.
\tExperience in ambulatory care, medical group operations, physician practices, rural healthcare, or a similar environment.
\tStrong strategic, operational, financial, and analytical leadership skills.
\tProven ability to work collaboratively with physicians, APPs, and clinical leadership.
\tStrong communication, change-management, and problem-solving skills.
\tMust be willing to relocate to a rural setting in Alamosa, CO.
\tState professional license is not required.
