Job Description We are looking for Kitchen Associate - Cook, Dumpling Wrapper Job Description Kitchen Associate at Bafang Dumpling essentially has the responsibility to provide a positive Customer experience—ensuring all food orders are prepared to Bafang Dumpling’s standards and our customers are full & happy. Kitchen Associate at Bafang Dumpling will be assigned specifically to support our Kitchen operation, including dumpling wrapping, food prep, grill & fry, etc. We are looking to immediately hire talented Kitchen Associate who can thrive in an upbeat and fast-paced food service environment for all shifts: opening and closing shifts and everything in between. Whether you have experience as a kitchen cook, prep cook, or any other kitchen role - we have a position for you. Qualities of Bafang Dumpling Team Member: Team player and operation focused Excellent communicator Proactive and efficient Respectful, honest, and courteous Responsible and dependable Attentive and detail oriented Has grit and motivated ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds Kneel, bend, twist or stoop Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline) Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to multitask Prior experience as Line Cook highly preferred.
