Job Description & Requirements American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a night shift contract at an acute care hospital in Apple Valley, CA, requiring ARRT certification and at least 1 year of CT experience. Assignment Overview Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Jul 28, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Details Work in the CT Scan department of a 212-bed acute care hospital 1:1 patient ratio Night shifts, 3x12 hours from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM Must be open to all shift times — specific shift requests cannot be accommodated Weekend requirements may exceed every other weekend based on unit need Self-scheduling based on seniority No on‑call required No floating within the facility Charts in Epic (experience required) Free parking on‑site Requirements Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience Current BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced, and CT certifications required CA CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) license required if applicable Pending licenses are not accepted — license must be active at time of consideration Epic EMR experience required At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting Full SSN and DOB required for consideration Additional Information First‑time travelers are welcome to apply RTO must be submitted at the time of consideration — minimal RTO is strongly preferred All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility Scrub color for this unit was not specified Benefits Premium medical, dental, vision and life insurance beginning day one of your assignment, generous 401(k) match, substantial housing stipends, and more.
