This is a pure production role built for experienced insurance producers who want to spend their time selling—not servicing. Our client is a privately held insurance brokerage operating in the $10M–$20M range, built with a clear emphasis on sales enablement and producer success. The firm offers direct access to leadership, a collaborative team environment, and strong internal infrastructure across account management, risk, and claims—allowing producers to compete with much larger firms without internal bureaucracy. In this role, you will… Build and expand a book of business focused on mid-market to large commercial clients (200+ employees) Drive new revenue through direct sales, referrals, and network development Transition and grow an existing book of business onto the platform within the first year Target accounts generating $20K–$500K in revenue and $200K–$5M in premium Operate as a high-output individual contributor within a performance-driven sales environment What we’re looking for Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Producer (P&C focus) Existing book of business (typically $300K–$500K+ revenue preferred) Track record selling to mid-market or large employer groups Strong ability to generate new business and close complex deals Active Property & Casualty license Experience working with large client structures and decision-makers If you’re an experienced producer with a portable book and you’re ready to operate in a model built entirely around sales performance, let’s start a confidential conversation. #J-18808-Ljbffr ROARK
