Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee warehouse storage and material handling projects from planning through completion. This role works closely with sales teams, customers, vendors, and internal resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and according to client expectations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution. Review project blueprints and develop accurate material lists. Create and manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate product delivery, installation, and project logistics. Partner with Account Managers to develop detailed project plans. Manage projects throughout the complete lifecycle and address issues proactively. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, stakeholders, and project teams. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation for tracking and quality assurance. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience. 5+ years of direct experience with installation and/or teardown of pallet racking and warehouse storage systems. 5+ years of AutoCAD and/or preliminary engineering experience preferred. Experience with NetSuite preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and related programs. Experience using project management/project tracking software. Excellent time management, communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency.
