QA Technical Writer

Job Title

Draft and format Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all functional areas

Develop site and corporate policies to align with regulatory requirements

Author detailed work instructions with step-by-step clarity for operators and staff

Write and standardize deviation reports for quality events

Prepare and maintain change control documentation with impact assessments

Document corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow-up reports

Create cleaning procedures for equipment, rooms, and controlled areas

Develop warehouse SOPs covering receiving, storage, and shipping activities

Write inventory management procedures including cycle counts and reconciliation

Generate supporting logs, forms, and templates to ensure compliance and consistency
