WORK TYPE Full-time Onsite LOCATION Trenton, NJ COMPENSATION The pay rate for this position is $15.92 per hour. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Varsity Brands/OneBeat Dance Brands is hiring a motivated, dependable team member to join our Awards Production Team! This is a part-time, hands‑on, on‑site position responsible for assembling award products with precision, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting a smooth production process. WHAT YOU WILL DO Assemble trophies, plaques, and award products as part of a collaborative production team Safely operate hand tools and power tools Perform detailed quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards Package and prepare finished awards for pickup and shipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow during our busy season All other duties assigned by the Awards Production team QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Comfortable using tools and working with your hands Ability to stand for extended periods and handle lifting/repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable working in a deadline‑driven environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands that are described as required are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
