What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration Required Credential(s): Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program credentialed from the S.T.A.B.L.E. Program obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Licensed Compact State Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date. One or more of the following: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Instructor specializing in Basic Life Support obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Preferred Credential(s): Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Pediatric Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
