As a sample management coordinator, you will facilitate the logging in of microbiological laboratory samples and prepare corresponding documentation for analysis.  This position provides administrative and organizational support related to sample management activities.  This position will also provide customer support, as needed. 

Responsibilities

·         Receives and logs in incoming samples for analysis in a high paced environment

·         Generates the associated sample documentation

·         Prepares test reports

·         Provides support for laboratory tasks

·         Other responsibilities assigned or as needed

·         Adhere to relevant company procedures

Qualifications

·         High School Diploma or GED

·         Must live within 1 hour of Hightstown, NJ

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

·         Exceptionally strong attention to detail

·         Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines

·         Working knowledge of pharmaceutical microbiology and GMPs preferred, but not required

·         Honest and dependable

·         Ability to work independently

·         Strong organizational and analytical skills

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Proficiency with computers and Microsoft office

·         Undergo a background check
