Travel Physical Therapist - $1,820 per week

Job Title Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Location Reynoldsburg, Ohio Assignment Details Duration: 13 weeks Start date: ASAP Shift: 8 hours, days (40 hours per week) Employment type: Travel Payroll assumption: 8.0 hour shifts, 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend to be determined Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, restrictions, and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer treatment program with specific goals according to patient’s capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record patient’s condition, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Requirements Graduated from an accredited school. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT, or currently in the process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification.
