Geriatric Nurse Practitioner | Denver, CO | 4 Day Week | No Call

A well-established, physician-led geriatric practice in the greater Denver metro area is seeking Geriatrics oriented Nurse Practitioners to join their 12 provider group. With a team based approach and retention oriented leadership team, find longevity and career satisfaction via this rocky mountain metropolitan opportunity.

Nurse Practitioners with Geriatrics/Adults experience in either their RN or NP career encouraged to apply.

Position:

• 100% outpatient role via a 4-day work week.
• 8-12 patients per day: wellness visits, hospital follow ups, acute illness, etc.
• Average patient age of 80 with focus on complex comorbidity management.
• Guaranteed base salary of $120,000-$130,000 with additional bonus structure in place.
• EPIC EMR and robust support staff onsite.
