Front Desk Associate

Benefits: Flexible schedule Training & development This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, including the processing of guest check‑ins, member retention, and maintaining high‑quality customer service. Duties and Responsibilities Execute procedures as outlined by front‑desk manual Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls Be knowledgeable of club amenities and surroundings Communicate kindly and sincerely using members’ names Attend all staff and club meetings and events Establish and maintain professional relationships with members and staff Ensure front desk is clean, maintained, and organized at all times Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations Expectations Present a professional demeanor at all times when representing Genesis Health Clubs Provide input in developing strategies to support club goals and objectives Respond to common inquiries or complaints from members Job Requirements Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays Ability to work well with others Experience in cash handling and credit card transactions Customer service abilities Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Ability to communicate with guests and other associates (reading, writing, and speaking) #J-18808-Ljbffr Genesis Health Clubs
