You will stay active and on the move rotating into various stations in this fast-paced environment assembling bug screens, winter fronts and more!Core FunctionsOperate sewing and production machines to meet quality and productivity goalsPerform in-process inspections to ensure products meet specificationsConduct pre-operation checks and make basic machine adjustments as neededIdentify and report defects, equipment issues, or tooling needs promptlyMaintain accurate production and material usage recordsAdhere to safety procedures, quality standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standardsCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsAssist with additional tasks as needed to support continuous productionQualifications and RequirementsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is requiredPrior experience operating manufacturing, packaging, and process control equipment preferredPhysical RequirementsThis position is subject to Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
