Business Operations Administrator

Nu-Line Pavement Marking is a family-owned and operated pavement marking company based in Wichita, KS. Nu-Line is fast-growing and works tirelessly to improve and increase our capacity to better serve our customers and employees. Learn the ropes from our experienced staff and begin to make an impact on day one! We are seeking a Business Operation Administrator to fill a full-time position. This is a fairly broad position that will work closely with various divisions of our company.

Key Responsibilities

· Managing inbound calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages)

· Managing inbound shipments, walk-in customers, salesmen

· Assisting in office organization, printing plans, completing material certifications

· Imputing documents & correspondence in our project management systems

· Assisting in inventory management, placing orders, tracking shipments, completing regular inventory counts.

 

Qualifications

. Bachelor’s degree required

. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data entry

. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
