The Clinical Director at Women In Need (Win) partners with the AVP to lead the implementation of clinical services across Win’s transitional housing programs, advancing trauma-informed care and standardizing social work practices. The role requires a current New York State LCSW or LMHC, with at least three years of experience supporting families facing homelessness, trauma, and mental health concerns.
MI, TIC knowledge, supervisory experience, and strong computer skills are essential; bilingual
