Position Overview

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to become an integral part of our dynamic imaging team. Your Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct diverse ultrasound examinations ranging from abdominal to obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Guarantee patient comfort by providing clear, compassionate explanations of each procedure
• Cultivate strong partnerships with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver exceptional diagnostic imaging
• Utilize and care for imaging equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues
• Keep precise records of procedures and patient information within our electronic medical system
• Continuously update your skills by staying informed about advancements in ultrasound technology

Education and Certification Requirements

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Necessary Certifications

• Current ARDMS certification or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is recommended

Essential Skills

• Proficient in sonographic imaging techniques and proficient patient positioning
