Customer-Focused Vehicle Estimator
JHCC Holdings LLC
The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and coordinate communication with customers and insurers throughout the repair process. You will help ensure customer satisfaction by guiding them through every step of the claim and repair journey. Responsibilities include documenting interactions, complying with DRP requirements, and supporting the team to meet KPIs.
