As an onsite physical therapist, you will work primarily in our outpatient office, where advanced rehabilitation techniques, state-of-the-art equipment, and a collaborative spirit of progress underscore our daily operations. Our schedule follows a Monday to Friday framework, encompassing 40-hour workweeks that allow for a balanced professional and personal life.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions to formulate personalized treatment plans in accordance with physician referrals.Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies aimed at rehabilitation and recovery, ensuring each patient receives tailored treatment adapted to their distinct needs.Administer a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education, to promote optimal recovery.Foster relationships with patients, emphasizing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall patient experience.Collaborate with fellow clinicians and health professionals to further enhance treatment methodologies and maximize patient outcomes.Educate patients and their families on care strategies, exercises, and best practices to ensure continuity of care and progress after therapy sessions.Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and adherence to treatment programs, ensuring compliance with health care regulations.Strive to meet established patient utilization targets and contribute to the clinic's overarching business objectives.Patient Population / Client FocusYour expertise will support a varied patient population, focusing primarily on orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Each patient you treat will benefit from your specialized skills and commitment to innovative treatment solutions designed to restore mobility, alleviate pain, and improve quality of life.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.Active and unrestricted state license in Physical Therapy.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by proficiency in basic computer applications.Preferred ExperienceExperience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation is strongly desired, with a focus on evidence-based clinical practice.Ability to develop strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families.A demonstrated commitment to community involvement and relationship building with healthcare partners.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
