Director of Surgical Services – Perioperative Leadership

Pay: $148,660 – $200,625 per year (dependent on relevant experience)

The Position
We are seeking an experienced perioperative leader to serve as Director of Surgical Services, providing operational and clinical leadership across the surgical services line. Full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for surgical/perioperative services.
• Direct staffing, budgeting, quality, safety, and regulatory readiness.
• Develop staff and foster a culture of teamwork and patient safety.
• Partner with surgeons, anesthesia, and hospital leadership on service-line growth and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Operating room / perioperative background with progressive leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and CNOR preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
