Descripción del puesto:

Estamos buscando un(a) Supervisor(a) de Housekeeping responsable, organizado(a) y con habilidades de liderazgo para unirse a nuestro equipo en Parsippany, NJ. La persona seleccionada será responsable de supervisar las operaciones diarias del departamento de housekeeping, asegurando que los estándares de limpieza, presentación y servicio sean cumplidos en todo momento.

Responsabilidades:

Supervisar y coordinar al equipo de housekeeping
Inspeccionar habitaciones y áreas públicas para garantizar los estándares de limpieza
Asignar tareas y dar seguimiento al desempeño del personal
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos del hotel
Mantener una comunicación efectiva con el equipo y otros departamentos
Ayudar en la capacitación y orientación de nuevos empleados
Resolver situaciones o solicitudes relacionadas con housekeeping de manera profesional

Requirements:

Requisitos:

Experiencia previa en housekeeping o supervisión hotelera es un plus
Habilidades de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo
Bilingüe español e inglés es un plus
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización
Puntualidad, responsabilidad y actitud profesional
Disponibilidad para trabajar horarios flexibles, incluyendo fines de semana y días festivos si es necesario
