Sign On BONUS $$$

Full & Part-time

Flexible shifts- 12HR or 8HR available

Base rate $29-$34/HR

+Evening differential $1.50/HR

+Night differential $2.50/HR

+Weekend differential $3.50/HR

+No frills $4.50/HR (5 shifts )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide hands-on nursing care, medication administration, and clinical support to our residents during evening and overnight shifts. This is a part-time opportunity with competitive pay, shift differentials, and a sign-on bonus.

Job Details:

• Location: Stamford, NY and surrounding area

• Rate: $29.30 to $43.50/HR (based on experience)

• Competitive Sign-On Bonus!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes

• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and support team workflows

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control policies

Qualifications:

• Active NYS LPN license

• CPR certification or willingness to obtain

• Long-term care experience preferred
