Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Latrobe PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for patients visitors and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service clear communication and timely assistance while representing Allied Universals agile reliable innovative and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents medical emergencies and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings parking areas and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity assist with directions and escorts as assigned and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Prepare clear accurate incident reports and maintain communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
