VP Commercial Relationship Manager

Vice President (VP) Commercial Relationship Manager Meralnmantis? Responsibilities Maintain and build relationships with businesses, community leaders, and members through active participation in business development activities to achieve member retention and growth. Screen and interview applicants to determine financial needs and creditworthiness. Analyze interview information and develop appropriate structure and terms, obtaining approval or denying credit requests within approved limits. Prepare credit approval memos for presentation to the appropriate approving authority, working with the Portfolio Manager and/or Credit Analyst. Develop and manage a significant commercial loan portfolio and review a collection of financial reports through member communication and compliance. Maintain an active role in various committees and projects as assigned. Recommend new products and services to promote departmental growth, collaborating with other business leaders and producers. Participate in community relations and activities to increase visibility, involvement, and impact. Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in a related field. A minimum of five to eight years of related experience, including supervisory experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
