Locums Hematology Oncology Physician in Lafayette, Indiana - Flexible Weekdays, APP Rounding Support

Practice & Cases

• Adult hematology oncology across outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth settings
• Approximately 15 to 18 patients per shift
• Case mix is 70 percent oncology and 30 percent primarily benign hematology
• On-call physician evaluates new hospital consults

Schedule

• Monday through Friday coverage with 36 patient-care hours weekly
• Call rotation every fourth or fifth week
• Call assigned in full-week blocks
• Weekend rounding and emergent consults during call weeks

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology Oncology
• Active Indiana license or active IMLC LOQ required
• BLS required
