INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - 2ND SHIFT

Location: Mauston, WI Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule: • Training Period: Typically Monday-Thursday, 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM • Permanent Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM • Overtime opportunities available based on business needs MasterMold is a growing manufacturer seeking a motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical problems, welding, fabrication, and working with your hands, this could be the opportunity for you. This position plays a critical role in keeping production equipment running efficiently while supporting safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the facility. Whether your experience comes from industrial maintenance, automotive repair, diesel mechanics, farm equipment, heavy equipment, welding, fabrication, military service, or another mechanical field, we are willing to train the right candidate. What You'll Do: • Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities • Assist with mold installations and machine setup • Diagnose mechanical issues and implement repairs • Support welding and fabrication projects • Work with presses, machining centers, air compressors, and other production equipment • Operate forklifts and lifts as needed • Assist with facility and equipment improvement projects • Help improve equipment reliability, uptime, and overall performance • Maintain a safe and organized work environment What You'll Work On: • Industrial presses • Automation and robotics systems • Production machinery • Air compressor systems • Molding equipment • Welding and fabrication projects • Material handling equipment • Facility support systems Qualifications: • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively • Willingness to learn new equipment and systems • Safety-focused mindset • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment • Comfortable working at heights and around industrial equipment Preferred Experience: • Industrial Maintenance • Automotive Technician • Diesel Mechanic • Heavy Equipment Mechanic • Farm Equipment Repair • Welding and Fabrication • Construction Equipment Maintenance • Military Mechanical Experience • Manufacturing Experience No Industrial Maintenance Experience?
