Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can generate high-quality leads and drive customer acquisition for our high-ticket mentorship program . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads , with a strong understanding of lead-generation funnels, conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and scaling. This is a performance-driven role for someone who understands that successful marketing is not just about generating leads, but generating qualified leads that convert into sales . Role & responsibilities Focus: High-Ticket Lead Generation & Paid Acquisition Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads campaigns. Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation. Generate high-quality, sales-ready leads for our mentorship program. Build and optimize lead-generation funnels, landing pages, forms, and conversion journeys. Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, UTMs, and analytics . Analyze campaign data, CPL, lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, and ROAS. Continuously test audiences, creatives, ad copies, offers, and landing pages . Identify winning campaigns and scale them while maintaining lead quality and profitability. Work closely with the sales/admissions team to understand lead quality and improve conversion rates. Monitor the complete funnel from ad click lead qualified lead sales call enrollment . Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights. Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking, and performance marketing trends. Preferred candidate profile 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and lead generation. Proven experience generating leads through Meta Ads and Google Ads . Experience with high-ticket lead generation and sales funnels. Strong understanding of campaign optimization and scaling. Experience with conversion tracking and analytics . Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make decisions based on numbers. Experience working with sales teams to improve lead-to-sale conversion. Comfortable managing ad budgets, testing new strategies, identifying what works, and scaling profitable campaigns.
