Onsite Collections Representatives and Bilingual Collections Representatives
$17.50/hr + Monthly Performance Incentives
Bilingual Spanish Differential: Additional 15% (Starting wage of $20.13/hr)
Monday–Friday | 10:30am–7:00pm | NO weekends

Training & Support
You’ll complete a full-time, paid 4-week training designed to set you up for success. Our training includes hands-on learning, self-paced modules, and mentorship to help you build confidence and skills in your role.
What You’ll Do
- Provide patient, empathetic support when assisting customers with credit card payment inquiries
- Communicate professionally and effectively through phone interactions
- Analyze account details to identify the best resolution for each customer
- Negotiate and collaborate to resolve payment-related concerns
- Consistently meet performance and quality goals
