Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with firm and stakeholder objectives. Work with key stakeholders to define the product strategy and to identify measurable goals and objectives aligned with that strategy. Develop a product roadmap and work collaboratively with the design, development and QA teams to drive delivery of product releases. Oversee end‑user support of their products to ensure complete user satisfaction. Utilize user research, usage analytics, and end‑user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in meeting and exceeding user expectations. Requirements At least six (6) years of related work experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or equivalent role. Bachelor's degree. Practical experience in using design programs to develop low fidelity UI designs to convey a concept. Knowledge and ability to drive an agile development process, including facilitating ceremonies and managing deliverables and artifacts. Strong technical skills, able to understand design tradeoffs and complex technical issues in discussions with the development team. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a verified track record of leading and completing projects within the specified timeframe and budget. Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills. Ability to ask the right questions, interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective action plans to resolve issues. Strong business judgment when making decisions and understanding the relevance/impact of each decision on the strategic direction of the team and the business. Strong ability to effectively communicate clearly at the appropriate level. Strong leadership skills to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, IT (Information Technology) leaders, peers and implementation team members.
