Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in home and community settings. This role involves working closely under the supervision of a BCBA/LBA to support skill development and positive behavior outcomes using evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and client families
• Support clients in home and community-based environments

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
