Desired Experience & Skills:

• Valid and current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Active (or eligible) state licensure for respiratory therapy
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, ventilator management, and airway care skills
• Adaptability and experience in fast-paced hospital environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy to patients across all age groups
• Manage ventilators, administer aerosol treatments, and perform patient assessments
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to optimize individualized patient care
• Document therapy provided and patient progress in accordance with regulations
• Respond to rapid response and code blue situations as needed
