Analyzes data collected.Plans and prioritizes individualized care based on the assessment, utilizing nursing diagnosis, including teaching and discharge needs of the patient and family, and sets outcome goals in coordination with other disciplines.Ensures that the patient/family participates in the plan of care as able, and that plan of care addresses age-specific and cultural needs.Implements appropriate standards based on assessment.Prioritizes and organizes care within the allotted time frames.Coordinates discharge steps or ensures appropriate referral to address timely, appropriate discharge needs.Required:Two (2) years acute care experience to include at least one year of Telemetry experience. (Exception: when unit operations are able to accommodate training, management will consider RNs without Telemetry experience).Active Registered Nurse license in the State of CaliforniaBasic Life Support - CPR (BLS) from the American Heart AssociationAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart AssociationFounded in 1958, Dignity Health at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital is a 104-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital located in Grass Valley, California.
