Nurse Practitioner, Oncology (Days)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Oncology team in Glen Armil, IA. This position offers the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of cancer patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive patient care for oncology patients
Conduct physical assessments and develop treatment plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
Provide education and support to patients and families

Requirements:

Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Iowa (or willing to get)
Certification as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner (ONP-C) preferred
Prior experience in oncology or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
