b.assisting in providing 24 hour on-call services, as scheduled;
c.performing prescribed treatments and procedures, in compliance with the established guidelines of the NC Nurse Practice Act; as per the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act, Registered Nurses may give medications.
d.conducting physician consults, as needed, to obtain orders, provide patient updates, and review the plan of care;
e.assisting in performing initial and on-going nursing assessments of patient/family needs;
f.developing and implementing the nursing plan of care, with appropriate updates
providing hospice nursing services with emphasis on:

- Minimum Requirements: Licensed as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum Requirements: 1 Or More Years In Hospice Or Home Health
b.assisting in providing 24 hour on-call services, as scheduled;
c.performing prescribed treatments and procedures, in compliance with the established guidelines of the NC Nurse Practice Act; as per the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act, Registered Nurses may give medications.

- identifying the patient/family's physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs
- addressing symptom management and comfort care needs
- providing teaching and education to the patient/family
- documenting problems, appropriate goals, interventions and the patient/ family response to care, and
- assisting with the coordination of services.
3.Interacts as a member of the IDT by:
- Communicating with other team members;
- Timely reporting of status changes in patients;
- Regular attendance and participation in staff and team meetings.
