We're looking for a Rustproof Technician / New Car Prep Specialist to join our team and help ensure every vehicle leaving our dealership looks and performs its best.If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dealership environment, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAs a Rustproof Technician / New Car Prep Specialist, you'll play a key role in preparing vehicles for the showroom and delivery. Your responsibilities will include:Rustproofing and undercoating vehicles as assignedSafely lifting vehicles and applying undercoating with thorough, precise coverageApplying rustproofing chemicals to doors, panels, engine compartments, truck beds, and other designated areasWearing appropriate protective gear (provided), including protective suit, gloves, goggles, and respiratorTransporting vehicles carefully to prevent interior contaminationCleaning overspray and ensuring a flawless finishWashing and detailing vehicles to showroom-quality standardsInspecting vehicles for damage and verifying listed accessoriesDocumenting any damage or missing itemsParking completed vehicles in assigned areasAssisting technicians and valets as neededOccasionally retrieving or delivering vehicles to other dealershipsMaintaining a clean and organized detail shopSupporting winter operations, including snow and ice removal and clearing vehiclesWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detailExcellent customer service skillsAbility to read and follow written instructionsGood judgment and safety awarenessValid driver's license in good standingTeam-oriented mindsetPhysical RequirementsStanding, bending, stooping, and walking for up to 8 hours per dayAbility to work in a wet environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbsYou'll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality vehicles and exceptional service to our customers.
