Apprentice Gutter Installer – Former Roofers Welcome Location: West Sacramento, CA Pay: $17–$35/hr (Skill‑Based Progression) If you’ve worked in roofing and are tired of heavy tear-offs, extreme heat, and chaotic job sites, this may be a better long‑term lane for you. This is not a roofing job – this is a professional gutter installation role for roofers who already understand ladders, exterior work, safety, and working efficiently on homes. We are The Brothers That Just Do Gutters, a nationally recognized gutter installation company known for professionalism, craftsmanship, and 5‑star service. We run clean job sites, follow strict standards, and build teams around reliability — not chaos. This is not a short‑term construction gig. Installer Track (Skill‑Based Pay) This role starts as an Apprentice and progresses based on skill + reliability, not promises. Apprentice (First 30 days): $17–$20/hr Apprentice (30+ days, meeting standards): $20–$22/hr Independent Gutter Installer: $25+/hr Advanced Installer: $28+/hr Lead Installer / Truck Lead: $30–$35/hr What You’ll Do Install seamless gutters and downspouts on residential homes Use ladders, tools, and measurement skills you already have Learn gutter‑specific fabrication and installation techniques Maintain clean, professional job sites Interact respectfully with homeowners Work outdoors without the physical toll of roofing tear-offs Non‑Negotiable Requirements Start time is 7:00 AM sharp Reliable transportation Strong ladder safety awareness No drugs, drinking, or smoking on job sites Willingness to follow instructions without attitude Willing to submit to a background check Looking for stable, long‑term work Zero‑Tolerance Probation (First 30 Days) Any lateness = termination No‑call / no‑show = termination Disrespect to crew or customers = termination Theft = termination and police report This Role Is a Fit If You’re A roofer looking for less physical strain Tired of sloppy crews and rushed work Interested in a cleaner, more controlled trade Reliable and professional Willing to learn a new specialty #J-18808-Ljbffr The Brothers that just do Gutters
